Observers: Notable observers of the test. Must include the level 4 personnel for all future tests.
Intention: The information that is trying to be determined by the test.
Procedure: The steps taken before the test in order to control the outcome.

Intention: To determine if the SCP-XXXX will know what SCP-XXXX-1 does not know.

Outcome: "√(-1)" Dr. Wulf confirmed this was correct.

Intention: To test SCP-XXXX knowledge of current events.

Outcome: "Because blue is a certain wavelength of light that gets scattered by molecules in the atmosphere" While the answer was correct, SCP-XXXX-1 kept insisting that the sky was green and that the question that he had asked was, "Why is the sky green?" Our logs suggested differently. A new D-Class personnel will be used in future testing.

Observers: Dr. Wulf
Intention: To test SCP-XXXX with questions of opinion.
Procedure: No special procedure needed.
Question: Is ███ ███ a good show?
Result: Heads
Outcome: "Yes" SCP-XXXX-1 argued that ███ ███ wasn't a good show however. These results seem to indicate that the answer is not solely based on the individual who flips SCP-XXXX.

Procedure: A 20-sided die was rolled within a cup by a machine.

Outcome: "Heads" This appears to indicate that the result of the flip is how it lands in the palm and not the side the answer is minted onto.

SCP-XXXX-1: D-XXXX-03

Intention: To test SCP-XXXX knowledge of the future.
Procedure: After the flip is completed and the results logged, SCP-XXXX-1 will roll a 20 sided dice on a table.
Question: What number with this dice produce when I roll it next?

Outcome: "11" SCP-XXXX-1 did roll an 11.
SCP-XXXX-1: D-XXXX-03
Observers: Dr. Wulf
Intention: To test SCP-XXXX knowledge of the controlled future.
Procedure: After the flip is completed and the results logged, SCP-XXXX-1 will then be ordered to draw something that conflicts with the results.
Question: What will I draw on this piece of paper right after I flip this coin?
Result: Tails
Outcome: "A circle" SCP-XXXX-1 was then told to just simply draw a square to contradict the results. However, SCP-XXXX-1 drew a circle as SCP-XXXX said they would. When questioned about this, SCP-XXXX-1 looked confused. They said what they drew was a square. They insisted that was what a square looked like. When we asked them to draw a circle, they said they weren't artistically capable of doing that. A new D-Class personnel will be used in future testing.

Intention: To test SCP-XXXX knowledge of the variable future.
Procedure: No special procedure needed.
Question: When will I die?
Result: Heads
Outcome: "August 11th, 20██" Since the date was quite far off, we decided to have SCP-XXXX-1 try the test again. However, SCP-XXXX kept producing heads results and giving the same date. We decided to try again with a different D-Class.

Observers: Dr. Wulf
Intention: To test SCP-XXXX knowledge of the variable future.
Procedure: No special procedure needed.
Question: When will I die?
Result: Tails
Outcome: "Now" As soon as SCP-XXXX-1 flipped SCP-XXXX over the final time completing the procedure, they suffered a fatal heart attack. Due to the results of this test, further questions involving life are forbidden. A review of previous tests are to be conducted, and previous SCP-XXXX-1 are to be interviewed in depth.

Procedure: SCP-XXXX-1 drew an icosahedron on a piece of paper.

Outcome: "Icosahedron" SCP-XXXX-1 states that they had only drawn a square confirming the alteration had taken place.
SCP-XXXX-1: Dr. Wulf

Intention: To test the moment SCP-XXXX alters reality.
Procedure: SCP-XXXX-1 drew a picture of [REDACTED], and to try again on a new paper until a tails result is produced. Then, the procedure of flipping SCP-XXXX would be stopped at various points to determine exactly when the alteration takes affect.
Question: What did I draw on this paper?
Result: Tails
Outcome: "[REDACTED]" While SCP-XXXX-1 reported drawing a circle, reality was altered so that SCP-XXXX-1 ended up drawing a picture of
SCP-5027. Due to the anomalous properties of
SCP-5027, this is the first image we have of him in full detail. Further tests with drawing or imaging are to be forbidden in case SCP-XXXX produces an image of
SCP-096, potentially activating it's anomalous properties. It was determined that reality is altered the moment SCP-XXXX is flipped onto the back of the opposite hand. This was already suspected to be the case after the incident of test 11b.
Important Notice
Tests involving the nature of reality, existence, or life are forbidden as they may irreversibly change reality. SCP-XXXX may be used to find out unknown information that is vital to the foundation as long as SCP-XXXX does not produce a tails result. All further testing that produces a tails result is to be interrupted unless it is vital to finding out more information on the capabilities of SCP-XXXX, or the potential effects of SCP-XXXX are guaranteed to be containable.
