Exactly one (1) week after the date of recovery of SCP-XXXX, it was escorted to Site-49 - hitherto referred to as Site-██ - a base on the coast of Namibia that contained nearly 150 anomalies, many of them unbreakable objects. SCP-XXXX was contained in an armed, non-humanoid sector of Site-49 where it was kept in an extremely secure 5 x 5 x 5 meter heat-shielded, non-metal container. As SCP-XXXX was being escorted into the building, it began to emit light, so the containment process was hurried and incomplete. At this time, the Foundation was unaware of how SCP-XXXX’s anomalous properties functioned and SCP-XXXX's lack of self-awareness of its own anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX was successfully contained with all security checks purportedly checked exactly 13:04:34 minutes after first entering the building. After approximately twenty (20) minutes of containment, SCP-XXXX melted the security cameras inside of the containment cell. At this point, site administrators did not intervene as the temperature was expected to melt the cameras. After approximately thirty-five (35) minutes of containment, SCP-XXXX emitted enough heat to start melting the heat shields. At this point, site overseers began creating a solution to intervene. After approximately forty-five (45) minutes of containment, all heat shields failed and the pressure from the air in the cell exploded the cell door open. SCP-XXXX believed that Foundation personnel intentionally exploded the door using C4. SCP-XXXX, when later interrogated, was found to have left the cell as it believed that Foundation personnel would not demolish the door unless the intention was to extract SCP-XXXX from its cell. Site personnel began to evacuate all Safe or Euclid anomalies in the same sector as SCP-XXXX via helicopter. SCP-XXXX was informed multiple times over intercoms in the sector that it was the cause of this destruction and that it should return to the cell. SCP-XXXX seemingly ignored the message - later interrogation revealed that “I could hear you, but it felt like a different language that I couldn’t get.” After this message was repeated eight (8) times, the electricity emitted from SCP-XXXX was able to reach the speaker wiring and short circuit the intercom system, completely eliminating any contact between SCP-XXXX and site administrators. The clothes of a security guard in the same hallway as SCP-XXXX spontaneously combusted, which led SCP-XXXX to go toward the nearest containment cell in fear of a greater danger. Moving closer to the cell door - one of SCP-███, an unbreakable ██████ - the pressure around SCP-XXXX demolished the door. SCP-XXXX remained in SCP-███’s cell, not immediately noticing SCP-███. SCP-███’s unbreakability means that SCP-███ contains an unstoppable force, and an unstoppable force is an infinite source of energy. Here, SCP-XXXX proceeded to emit more and more energy until all Safe and Euclid SCPs that could be evacuated had been. Infrared cameras revealed that SCP-XXXX hadn’t been emitting as much energy as it was intaking, resulting in a theory that it could spontaneously explode. Calculating the mismatch between input and output, site personnel theorized that the explosion could kill millions and destroy an entire segment of Africa, if not simply give away the existence of the Foundation. Exactly 165 minutes after SCP-XXXX’s initial containment, 15 B-2 stealth fighter jets each dropped a set of 3 T-12 "Cloudmaker" seismic bombs in between Site-49 and the Namibian mainland, creating a makeshift island. Weights were shifted into the basement floors of the island to displace the water and keep the base afloat. 5 R-7 ICBM rockets were attached to Site-49 to push it out into the South Atlantic Ocean. The mission succeeded and Site-49 finally landed at coordinates 25°28'58.3"S 0°56'04.3"E, before running out of fuel. Exactly 250 minutes after SCP-XXXX’s initial containment, SCP-XXXX exploded with the force of a 500 megaton bomb, releasing over 2 terajoules of energy. The only casualties were an estimated 80 unevacuatable SCPs and staff. After this release of energy, the process of energy building begun again. Recon began to recover lost or damaged anomalies from the ocean and to recover SCP-XXXX for interrogation. SCP-XXXX was found as the water around it was boiling. When airlifted by helicopter, SCP-XXXX immediately ceased emitting energy. SCP-XXXX was hospitalized in Site-██ for a medical check, then was nearly terminated by a guard escorting SCP-XXXX to an interrogation room. This event cost nearly $59 million to the Foundation
