SCP-XXXX absorbs energy exponentially, and after a period of time ranging from 10 minutes to 12 hours, SCP-XXXX will reach a maximum energy absorption rate of 500 gigawatts. The absorption remains at this level, but SCP-XXXX only emits about 495 gigawatts at this level, so after an estimated 12-36 hours SCP-XXXX will release enough energy to create an explosion equal to approximately 500 megatons of TNT, 10 times larger than the most powerful bomb ever detonated; this was proved in the Obliteration Event.
