Subject: SCP-5267 (henceforth "the subject")
Preface: Test subject D-46381 (henceforth "the operator") was given a questionnaire and released into SCP-5267's containment area. D-46381 was equipped with one (1) clipboard, two (2) standard A4 papers with a questionnaire printed on them, one (1) fountain pen and one (1) helmet with a [REDACTED] brand action camera in its enclosure.
It took approximately seven minutes and thirty-six seconds for the operator to locate the subject. The subject was humming the tune of "Tweedledum and Tweedledee" to itself. Only after the operator approached the subject and spoke up in order to greet it, did the subject notice the operator. The operator greeted the subject with utmost respect. The subject cocked his head, however and sat down on a root of the [REDACTED] in the middle of the enclosure, gesturing for the operator to do the same. The operator asked for confirmation from SCP staff and was allowed to sit.
When the operator sat, the subject took on a fatherly posture and asked the operator what the matter was. The operator had all but forgotten about the questionnaire by now and started sobbing and talking about [REDACTED]. The subject listened intently, nodding his head gently every now and again. When the operator was done talking, the subject started singing a song in a deep voice. The operator, started humming along with the song. The operator was tasked to cease the humming, but later reported that he couldn't.
When the subject finished singing after approximately two minutes and forty-three seconds, the operator felt a clarity of mind and ceased his sobbing. He then started asking the questions on the questionnaire. The subject answered each question, pausing each time a new question was asked, as if to think on his answer. See addendum 5267-1.1 for the results of the questionnaire. The operator was then allowed to leave the containment chamber, but not before the subject shared a drink of unknown origin with the operator. Upon retrieval of the operator, he was immediately disabled and his stomach was pumped to retrieve the fluid given to him by the subject. The fluid ended up being [REDACTED], probably [ERROR, INSUFFICIENT CLEARANCE] and was considered harmless. The operator is still in service to the team investigating SCP-5267.
