Description:

SCP-XXXX is a macroscopic quantum-entangled object whose appearance, location, size, and other details change when the object is observed by a conscious observer. SCP-XXXX currently takes the form of a [DATA EXPUNGED] approximately ██ m³ in size, located at an unknown location.

When not viewed by an observer, SCP-XXXX is theorized to exist in a superposition of all possible states, which collapse to a single possibility in accordance with the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics. Collapse of possibilities only occurs when SCP-XXXX is viewed by a conscious observer, and as such photographs and video surveillance have proven ineffective at full containment of the object. Attempts to observe SCP-XXXX during a possibility collapse event have likewise proven ineffective, with surveillance footage either corrupted or otherwise [REDACTED]. Measurements of the object's dimensions, appearance, and location are still possible.

SCP-XXXX is known to travel to at least one location outside of Foundation control, which corresponds on positioning software to the geographical coordinates ██,██. Foundation exploration of this location thus far has yielded no trace of SCP-XXXX or any other anomalous activity. The area is currently being monitored for study.
