Notes should be clear and may not lead to misunderstandings

How to add a personal note:
Adding a personal note is fairly simple. Click anywhere in the document and insert a note by using the [pn] tag then insert your findings and close the note with a [/pn].
The note will be inserted and will be automatically saved.
